?On June 2, 2017, the European Chamber of Commerce, the European Center for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and the European Union China Trade Association jointly sponsored the China-EU Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Cooperation Docking Meeting in Brussels, Belgium. Sweden Huanbei Automation Co., invested by China Enlightenment Yangming Investment Fund, as one of the models of China's docking with small and medium-sized innovative enterprises in the European Union, was cordially received by Premier Li Keqiang and Chairman Juncker.

Premier Li Keqiang praised the innovative spirit of SMEs in China and Europe. He said that strengthening cooperation between SMEs in China and Europe is conducive to complementary advantages and common development, as well as promoting trade and investment liberalization and facilitation and healthy and balanced development of economic globalization. The Chinese government supports financial institutions to accelerate the development of inclusive finance, provide more financing facilities and support for SMEs, and help them open up a broader future of innovation and development.
